You agree to follow all transaction procedures, and you acknowledge that you may be subject to additional terms and conditions imposed by these third parties.

Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
Interfere with or disrupt the Platform’s operations or services.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or related systems.

Hisapay reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms or fraudulent activities. You may terminate your account by contacting us through the support channels provided in the app.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Hisapay is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use the Platform, even if Hisapay has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question, if any.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Hisapay, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another user.
